You don't see the world as it "really is." You interpret reality through mental processes shaped by your experiences, beliefs, and assumptions. These stories drive your emotions, decisions, and actions—often unconsciously.
When you can identify the stories behind your behaviors, you can decide if they're true. And if they're not serving you, you can change them.

I've been supporting both large organizations and individuals in learning, change, and transformation for over 20 years, leveraging my passion for helping people come to new insights that make their lives better.
I'm an academic practitioner who believes in mixing the latest research-based frameworks from science with traditional wisdom from philosophy and theology. I joined Harvard Business Publishing, Corporate Learning in 2014 and currently serve as a Principal Learning Partner.
The two things that keep most people from achieving greater satisfaction and fulfillment in life are:
- Lack of a clear vision for the life they want
- Limiting thoughts and habits that keep them from evolving
I use a process of inquiry, reflection, and discernment to help others work through these obstacles and create new possibilities in their lives.

My current research focuses on the role of mindset, identity, and emotional intelligence in empowering leaders to reach their full potential.
All coaching is conducted remotely via Zoom or MS Teams, allowing me to work with clients nationwide. This flexible approach means we can connect regardless of your location or schedule.
I live in the Salt Lake City metro area with my wife and dog Putney, finding joy in exploring the natural beauty of the mountains and desert through hiking, biking, and skiing.
